Terms of Service for Fiscorate

Welcome to Fiscorate. These terms govern your access to and use of the audit solutions and related resources provided by Fiscorate via fiscorate.com ("Site"). By engaging with our services, purchasing resources, or ordering goods, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site or any offerings, you accept these terms and our policies in full. Do not use our offerings if you disagree with any part of these terms.

2. Service Offerings

Fiscorate provides audit solutions focused on record verification and compliance.

2.1 Refund Policy for Professional Services

Clients may cancel a scheduled engagement up to five days before the appointment for a full refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within fourteen business days. Cancellations less than five days prior are not eligible for refunds due to commitments and resource allocation.

2.2 Refund Policy for Digital Resources

Clients may request a refund within thirty days of purchase if a digital resource has not been downloaded or accessed beyond initial delivery. Refunds will be processed within seven business days to the original payment method. No refunds will be issued for resources that have been substantially accessed or downloaded.

2.3 Refund Policy for Physical Goods

Clients may return unopened goods within thirty days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition. Clients are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued within fourteen business days of receipt of returned items.

2.4 No Refund Cases

Customized materials and bespoke items tailored to client specifications are not eligible for refunds due to their unique nature and preparation requirements.

3. Rescheduling of Services

Clients may request to reschedule a booked service up to forty-eight hours before the appointment at no extra charge. Rescheduling requests received within forty-eight hours of the appointment are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.

4. Refund Procedure
